Refunds are ONLY issued if something is wrong with the code (meaning it has been redeemed or a code able to verify quality is not as stated).

I DO NOT issue refunds based off retailers site being flawed or glitching as that is out of my control.

If you buy an itunes code that is part of a 2 code redeem and choose NOT TO REDEEM your code and the order completes and i then post the 2nd part and buyer of 2nd part takes itunes also (THAT IS BUYERS FAULT NOT MINE).
