Take Susan's Soothin' first, THEN take your XP buff of choice (ex. Cranberry Relish, Tasty Squirrel Stew) as the bonus applied goes by the last item taken. This way you will retain the damage bonus of Susan's Soothin', and have the higher of the 2 XP bonuses.
