In KILLING FLOOR 2, players descend upon continental Europe, where an epidemic caused by a failed Horzine Biotech experiment has spread rapidly and gained unstoppable momentum, essentially paralyzing the European Union. Just one month after the events of the original KILLING FLOOR, specimen clones are everywhere and civilization is in disarray; communications have failed, governments have collapsed, and armed forces have been systematically dismantled. The citizens of Europe are all too familiar with the principles of survival and self-defense, and the survivors are in hiding.

But not all hope has been lost... A group of civilians and mercenaries have joined forces to combat the epidemic, establishing privately funded bases of operations across Europe. Tracking the specimen clone outbreaks, players will descend into hot zones infested with Zeds and exterminate them.

Visceral Gore - KILLING FLOOR 2 ramps up the brutality with a proprietary, high-powered, persistent gore system that delivers a new level of genre fidelity. Players will send entrails, severed limbs, and flying blood flying as they tear through hordes of enemies. But be careful! If caught, enemies will tear them and their entire team apart.

6-Player Co-op or Solo Play - Players can choose from a wide variety of playable characters, joining the fray in online co-op or solo mode for those who want to face these terrifying specimens alone.

Versus Survival Game Mode - Be the Zed! A 12-player PvP mode where two teams alternate between Humans and Zeds in two short matches. In the first match, one team plays as Humans and the other as Zeds until all Humans die in a single round or the boss is defeated. In the second match, teams switch sides, and at the end of the battle, both teams receive a score based on their performance, with the higher score winning!

Terrifying Zeds – New enemies and fan favorites from the original game return with enhanced and more intelligent AI, unleashing powerful attacks, working as a group to weaken the player's team, and raising the challenge and fear factor to new heights.

A Unique Mix of Weapons – From modern military assault rifles to brutal improvised makeshift weapons, classic historical pistols, and even mad scientist weapons – KILLING FLOOR 2 offers a unique blend of killing tools to satisfy every player.

Expanded Perk System – Perks from the original game have been redesigned and added to the mix. All perks now progress through meaningful talent selections that enhance different playstyles, giving players a progression path that is expansive and full of rewarding milestones.

Brutal Melee Combat - KILLING FLOOR 2 completely reimagines melee combat. Players now have control over the type of melee attacks they can perform, allowing them to unleash bone-breaking and crippling attacks with Zeds.
