How to use a PetSmart gift card?

Shop online at petsmart.com and add products to your shopping cart.

When you're ready to check out, go to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Enter your gift card number and unique PIN (codes are case sensitive) in section 4: payment details.

Please save your gift card for future use if it covers the full amount of the transaction. If your gift card only covers a portion of the transaction, an additional form of payment is required.

PetSmart Gift Card Information:

When making a purchase online at petsmart.com, you may redeem up to 5 gift cards per order.

Gift cards are not accepted for auto ship orders.

Purchases of gift cards are not eligible for Treats points.

How to check PetSmart Gift Card balance?

Checking the balance on your gift card is easy. The remaining balance can be checked on petsmart.com

Gift Card Rules & Regulations:

A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.

If the amount of your Gift Card is MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card account for future use.

Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
