1.   Please visit www.vouchershopexchange.co.uk

2.            Enter your ‘Cheque Number’ and ‘Validation Code'

3.            Choose your preferred retailer from the drop-down menu

4.            Check the terms and conditions of the retailer to ensure they meet your expectations and requirements i.e. Can I spend my voucher online?

5. Select the value of your voucher and the denomination you wish to redeem with this retailer

6.            Press ‘Add to Order’

7.            If you need to redeem more funds please choose another (up to 5 retailers can be chosen for the value of the issued cheque) or the same retailer again, once you have allocated all of your funds as you wish, move to step 8.

8.            You will now see the Green Checkout button appear. Just to the right of that is a tick box to say that you agree with the red term box to the right, click this or you cannot proceed with the order.

9.            Press the checkout button (bottom of screen) once the tick box has also been ticked

10.          Enter your personal details on the next page as requested

11.          Press ‘continue’ once you are happy with all the details you have provided

12.          You now have opportunity to review the order and make sure what you are ordering is correct and how you wish to receive this.

13.          Press ‘Confirm Details’

14.          A pop up box will appear giving you one final chance to abort the transaction, if you are wanting to proceed press ‘Confirm Order’.

15.          A screen will confirm that the order has been successful, and you will be sent 2 emails, one being your confirmation email and the second being your E-voucher email.
