Before making your payment, please open a screen recording software and record the entire process without any pauses or edits, starting from the moment you make the payment — receiving the KEY — using the code on the Soulframe website — and seeing whether it is successful or not.

In case of a dispute, your recorded video will be used as evidence.

If you report that the code is invalid or already used without providing a full recording, it will be considered fraudulent behavior, and no refund will be issued.
