Not exactly sure if this game has any global restrictions. The odds are that if you can see it in the steam platform, you can likely play it as well.
This is a game from the maker of Qwop. It will probably frustrate you until you get familiar with the physics of the game. I personally didn't enjoy it, but a lot of people do. Highly recommended that you check out some footage of the game before buying!
Instructions: On the bottom left-hand corner of the steam client, you will notice "Add a Game". Press this and three options will pop up. You will want to click "Activate a Product on Steam..." then proceed to enter in the code that comes with the purchase.
