This code grants access to:

- Drifter Crossbow early unlock

- Nitrous Upgrade #1

- Gas Tank Upgrade #1

This came with Pre-ordering a Canadian copy of the game, and is meant for American/Canadian PlayStation accounts. To the best of my knowledge it may not work for global accounts.
