WHY I'VE RECEIVED NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE REVIEWS

After 1,000+ reviews, I have learned that one difficult order can create a bad experience.

Since the Palworld 1.0 update, I have had a huge increase in new players. Most customers are great, but some orders have become difficult because buyers are not prepared, do not understand the game, or expect instant availability.

Examples include:

Ordering while I am asleep and expecting an immediate response.

Not knowing basic game mechanics and turning a 2 to 3 minute delivery into a 30 to 40 minute tutorial.

Having connection issues that prevent delivery, receiving help or a refund, and still leaving a review.

Changing the order after purchase, creating delays, then complaining about the wait.

Expecting me to instantly drop everything despite having multiple customers already waiting.

The latest neutral review came from a buyer who contacted me randomly instead of trying to schedule a time. They expected me to immediately stop everything and complete their order, even though I was already handling other customers. Their messages were mixed in with many other active orders, and I could not instantly see or respond to them. I still offered to complete the order, but they left a neutral review anyway.

Most deliveries only take a few minutes. The problem is when one order turns into a long troubleshooting session, tutorial, or scheduling issue, it affects every customer waiting afterward.

I always do my best to provide fast, friendly service and often include extras beyond what is purchased. All I ask is that buyers come prepared, understand the basics of the game, and respect my time.
