For experience, teamwork with magazines increases by 5%, bobbleheads by 5%, lunchboxes by 100%, cranberry seasoning by 25%, sleeping by 5%, and companion buffs by 5%.

For intelligence, increase intelligence with unyielding and int armor, perks +15 and legendary perks +5, +8 with brain bomb food (herbivorous), +2 with camp furniture, +3 with nocturnal perks, and +3 with weapons, berry mentats, magnetic personality (perk card), inspirational, int 3 star weapon.

[Tips for maximum carry weight )]

For carry weights, use all cards that reduce weight, wear an unyielding excavator or normal excavator with thru hiker and Intelligence.

Make sure to drop unused items that weights a lot, aids, foods, ammo, basic and improved repair kits, scrap kit.

I always place a tent close to the spawn so u can fast clean everything.
