Bath & Body Works Gift Cards can be redeemed in our U.S. stores, by phone or online.

In Stores:

Present your Gift Card to a store associate when checking out.

Online:

During checkout, look for the section marked "Gift Card/E-Gift Card" on the Payment page. Enter your Gift Card number and PIN, then click APPLY.

How to locate the PIN:

In order to redeem your Gift Cards online, you must enter both the Gift Card number and PIN for each card during checkout. Your PIN is located underneath a scratch-off field on the back of the Gift Card.

Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card and can be applied to future purchases.

This card is issued by Bath & Body Works GC, LLC. Redeem this card at all Bath & Body Works (BBW) or White Barn (WB) US & Puerto Rico store locations and online at BathandBodyWorks.com for merchandise only. Not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. Card may not be returned.

Check your card balance at a participating BBW or WB store or BathandBodyWorks.com/giftcard. If this card is lost, stolen or destroyed, BBW or WB will replace it with the value of the card at the time replacement is requested if you provide the card number. To check your card balance or report a lost, stolen or destroyed card, call 1-800-640-6052.

Gift Cards that carry a $0.00 balance for 120 days or longer will be deactivated.

This card does not expire. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
